Alternative Sites for Ohio Genealogy & History Over the last few years, online genealogy has mushroomed. There are now several major projects using the state/county framework and getting up all sorts of data and useful research tools accessible for free. Included below are those we feel useful to the Ohio researcher with links to their main site (national) and to their Ohio site. Most if not all of those with county level sites will also have links directly to the county site from our county level pages.
